Unlike traditional assessments that focus solely on metrics and performance, Assessment Lite introduces leaders to the fundamentals of Decision Validation—the practice of testing assumptions, reducing bias, and creating better mental models for decision-making. The program delivers quick, accessible insight while encouraging reflection on how decisions are made, not just what they produce.
