Collaboration advances decision-validation research and founder mentorship across Houston’s innovation ecosystem
AI Advisory Group (AIAG) today announced a formal mentorship and research partnership with Impact Hub Houston, strengthening support for Houston’s entrepreneurs while contributing to a broader, year-long decision-validation research initiative.
Through this partnership, AI Advisory Group will serve as an active mentor within Impact Hub Houston’s founder community and accelerator programs while advancing applied research through its research arm, The Validated Mind™ Research Lab.
Beginning January 2026, AI Advisory Group will engage Impact Hub Houston members through a flexible mentorship model that includes:
1:1 office hours with founders and operators
Small-group workshops focused on decision clarity, validation, and readiness
Hybrid participation, with both in-person sessions at The Ion and virtual options
In parallel, Impact Hub Houston will serve as a contributing research partner within AIAG’s 2026 research agenda. The Validated Mind™ Research Lab is targeting 10,000 total assessment participants over the course of the year, drawing data from multiple ecosystems—including Impact Hub Houston, industry partners, and sector-specific initiatives.
Impact Hub Houston’s founder community and accelerator cohorts will play a meaningful role in this effort by participating in pilot assessments, before-and-after validation cycles, and applied learning environments where decision-making is actively tested in real business contexts.

The collaboration aligns closely with Impact Hub Houston’s Ideas to Impact Accelerator, a 16-week hybrid program designed to help early-stage entrepreneurs test, validate, and grow their ventures. AI Advisory Group will support founders during key validation phases, helping participants examine how decisions are formed, communicated, and acted upon as their businesses evolve.
