1. Introduction

AI Advisory Group} (“Company”) is committed to leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) responsibly to enhance consulting services while safeguarding client interests, intellectual property, and ethical considerations. This AI Use Policy outlines how we integrate AI into our consulting practice and sets clear expectations for our clients regarding AI’s role in projects, data protection, and liability.
2. AI Utilization in Our Consulting Services
We may use AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, analyze data, generate insights, and optimize decision-making. AI applications may include, but are not limited to:
- Data analysis and visualization
- Predictive modeling and forecasting
- Process automation
- Report and content generation
- Chatbots or AI-driven communication assistants
- AI-enhanced decision support tools
All AI-driven solutions provided by AI Advisory Group are subject to human oversight to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with client objectives.
3. Client Transparency and Consent
- AI Advisory Group will disclose when AI is used in the consulting process, particularly for deliverables that involve AI-generated content, automation, or analysis.
- By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to AI’s potential involvement in their project.
- Clients may request a specific scope of work that excludes AI applications, which will be explicitly addressed in their contract.
4. Intellectual Property (IP) & Ownership Rights
- AI Advisory Group retains ownership of proprietary AI methodologies, models, and algorithms developed in-house.
- AI-generated outputs may be subject to open-source, third-party, or proprietary licensing agreements. AI Advisory Group does not assume liability for third-party AI-generated content.
- Clients will receive a non-exclusive license to use AI-generated deliverables unless otherwise specified in the contract.
- AI-generated content, insights, or recommendations are advisory in nature and should not be considered as definitive business, legal, or financial decisions without human review.
5. Data Privacy & Security
- AI Advisory Group follows industry best practices to ensure client data is handled securely when using AI tools.
- We will not use AI in a manner that compromises client confidentiality, unless explicitly agreed upon.
- AI Advisory Group does not input personally identifiable information (PII), trade secrets, or sensitive business data into third-party AI tools without client consent.
- Any AI-generated outputs that contain confidential or proprietary information are subject to the same non-disclosure terms outlined in our agreements.
6. Ethical AI Usage
AI Advisory Group upholds ethical AI use by ensuring that:
- AI tools and models are selected based on their reliability, transparency, and bias mitigation.
- AI-generated outputs are reviewed for fairness and accuracy before client use.
- AI applications do not discriminate, mislead, or manipulate end-users in any way.
7. Liability & Indemnification
- AI Advisory Group integrates artificial intelligence (AI) as a supporting tool to enhance analysis, improve efficiency, and create cost savings—but AI does not replace the expertise, judgment, or decision-making of our experienced consultants. All client deliverables are thoroughly reviewed by AI Advisory Group’s subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with client objectives.Role of AI in Consulting Services:
- AI is used as an analytical aid to accelerate insights, streamline processes, and enhance decision-making efficiency.
- AI does not operate independently or replace human expertise; all recommendations, findings, and deliverables are reviewed, validated, and finalized by AI Advisory Group’s experienced consultants.
- AI Advisory Group ensures that human oversight is applied to all AI-generated outputs to maintain accuracy, context, and strategic alignment.
- AI Advisory Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or reputational harm arising from the use of AI-assisted content, insights, or recommendations.
- AI Advisory Group’s total liability for any claim related to AI-assisted services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific AI-related services in question.
- AI Advisory Group is not responsible for errors, biases, or inaccuracies inherent in third-party AI models, tools, or algorithms that may be used during the consulting process.
- Clients acknowledge that AI-generated insights serve as decision-support tools and agree to conduct their own due diligence before making business, financial, legal, or strategic decisions based on AI-assisted outputs.
- Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Advisory Group and its personnel against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or losses arising from:
- Client’s use or misuse of AI-assisted insights.
- Any regulatory or compliance violations related to AI-driven recommendations.
- Third-party claims related to AI-generated outputs provided as part of the consulting engagement.
- Clients acknowledge that AI Advisory Group provides AI-enhanced consulting services as a supplement to expert human analysis, and AI does not replace SME input, judgment, or strategic oversight.
8. AI Policy Updates & Compliance
- This AI Use Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in AI regulations, industry standards, and emerging risks.
- Clients will be notified of significant updates that may impact service agreements.
By engaging AI Advisory Group’s services, clients acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this AI Use Policy. For any concerns or AI-related customization requests, clients should discuss them with AI Advisory Group prior to project initiation.
