Everything DiSC Catalyst provides an engaging and interactive online experience that allows individuals to gain insights into themselves using DiSC. The platform offers a range of resources, including short videos, podcasts, and self-development exercises that learners can access at their convenience.
Moreover, the Catalyst facilitation materials are designed to simplify the Everything DiSC Workplace program and break it down into five self-contained modules, which can be conducted independently or in any preferred order to meet learners’ needs. These materials are available in both online and in-person formats, providing flexibility for organizations moving towards a hybrid work environment.
How does Everything DiSC on Catalyst™ Work?
The Everything DiSC Catalyst assessment
This assessment, which typically takes around 30 minutes to finish, is regarded as the most precise DiSC assessment currently accessible. After completing the assessment, learners can receive supplementary learning materials for Emotional Intelligence, Productive Conflict, or Management training modules from us or an EPIC account administrator.
Catalyst™ – your personalized learning platform
Upon completing the assessment, learners can smoothly transition into their personalized on-demand learning platform. This hub contains bite-sized video content and user-friendly DiSC information that can be navigated easily, enabling learners to explore according to their preferred learning style. In addition, they will receive real-time tips on how to work effectively with their colleagues.
Interactive training program
The DiSC model is brought to life through instructor-led facilitation, which engages and educates learners through virtual or in-person training modules. These modules come equipped with scripted content, activities, and modern video, designed in short-formatted modules that can be customized to fit any group size or time constraint. This facilitation is available as a separate purchase or as part of your current Everything DiSC Workplace facilitation kit.
