As a fast-growing business in the construction industry this national project management service provider discovered a way to gain market share by offering guarantees for on time delivery. If the project is not completed within the agreed upon completion window, the client pays nothing. This of course, caused the company to experience exponential growth.

However, this growth caused backend services like billing and collections to get behind. Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Work in Progress (WIP) numbers were causing cashflow concerns.
